As you all know that Facebook is one of the topmost secure social network running at present. Its almost become really tough or impossible to hack Facebook account due to its constant bug fixes. Many of the hacking methods which used to work before are not working these days. Still there are many methods which do work and thousands of people are still getting hacked through it.

So in this post I will be showing you 5 methods to hack your friends Facebook account which works perfect and is easier too.  some of the methods are : 

1) Social Engineering

 

This is one of the easiest method to hack anyone’s account including Facebook , twitter , Google, etc. And the best thing is  you don’t need to have any coding skills to hack others account using this method. Social Engineering , makes the victim tell you his Facebook or any other account password with his own knowledge and will. You might be thinking is this possible? my answer is yes.

Well, all you need to have here is a good speaking skills or a good language skill in order to make the victim do as you like. For instance, you get a call like this below to your mobile number what will you reply?

” Hey , I am Robell Smith working as a security expert in Facebook , and we have found that there has been some attempts to hack your Facebook account recently from an unknown hacker. We are yet to find out the culprit behind it and would need your help to track down this hacker. We would need to know your Facebook account password to track down the location of the hacker. “

Most of the people who really believe that it is a real call from Facebook office will tell his/her account password to the hacker and would be hacked without being realizing that it was a hacker who called. You can also use this technique by sending fake mail showing your fake identity to the victim and asking him to send his password to your mail. You can refer this post for more details on how to send fake emails.

This is one of the most oldest and common methods by which many people get hacked even after such prevention measures from various organisation.  As the name sounds ,just like in fishing where the fisherman puts a bait at the hook, pretending to be a real food for the fish and the fish falls into the trap set by the fisherman as the hook inside it catches the fish .

Similarly , in this method the hacker creates the Fake Facebook Login page and uploads the page in any of his hosting accounts. Now he asks the victim to check out the link to his new Facebook group , when the victim opens the link , he is redirected to the hackers Fake Facebook Login page.  Just as usual the victim finds this page as normal login page and types his account details in the username and password fields and clicks on log-in and the victims account details is stored in the hackers database .Thus the victim’s Facebook account is hacked. This is also another type of social engineering as you have to make the person click on the link you send , making him believe that its the link to your Facebook group.

Creating a fake Facebook Login page is an easy task. All you need to do is know little of php and html works to clone the entire Facebook Login page.

Most of you may not be aware of this technique but its the technique that works most perfectly ,as there is no chance for the victim to know that he is getting hacked. Keylogger is a computer software that is used to record keystrokes from your keyboard secretly (ie , it records each and every keys that you press in your keyboard and stores it in your computer memory).  Apart from capturing what is typed on keyboard a Keylogger used for hacking purpose also includes features like screenshot taking , password capturing , chating history capturing , email recording , etc. You can visit the links below to check out the features of keyloggers like SniperSpy and Elite Keylogger.

Now the question is how can you use this tool to hack your friends Facebook account ? Well its just simple , all you need to do is either send the Attack files of this keylogger through email attachment to your friend and change the name into something like “Photoshop Portable” or “Fifa 09 installer” or any other name which you think your friend will click on. Or you can try installing it in your friends computer when you give him a visit at his home. That’s all , if you have done Keylogger setting correctly then you will receive his keystrokes including his passwords , chat history , web search history , etc emailed to you from his computer.

A more Powerful keylogger also includes Remote administrative powers like controlling your victims computer from anywhere in the world when he/she is online. I will be posting on how to configure Keylogger settings soon.

 

This is a technique which is not practiced by many hackers as it requires some environment to work perfectly. So you may be thinking what Cookie is?  For instance , when you log into your Facebook account the Facebook stores some information into your browser like your cookie expiration date , cookie id, etc this helps you to stay logged in to your Facebook account even if you have open your Facebook after restarting your computer. This stays on your browser till you log out of your account and when you log in again a new cookie is created in your computer.

The first limitation of using cookie stealing is that ,you don’t get your victims password or username through this technique. Rather you just steal the victims cookie stored in his/her browser and edit it in your browser so that you can use features that the victim can use when he is online. Second Limitation is that , your access to victims account closes as soon as he/she logout from his account. Third limitation is that you must have same ip address as that of the victim as with the latest security measures from Facebook asks to enter the password when it suspects an access to the account from unknown devices. So in short Cookie stealing is only possible in places like College or office computers where the users share same IP address and the packet data is send through the same network adapter and cookie stealing only works in http protocol.

Now you may be thinking how to steal cookies? First of all you need to install this software Wireshark (click here), this is used in packet data sniffing purpose. Using this tool in your college you can find out how data is send and received through your college network. By using the “http” tag to filter out data transaction,you can find out cookie that is being send from the network to various sites and copy it notepad. Now all you need to do is Install any cookie editor for your Firefox browser like Add n Edit cookies and add the cookie values through the cookie editor and and refresh your Facebook page and you will be able to access the victims computer. I have tried this in my college Computer lab , though it was hard to find a “http” protocol transactions, well, I managed to sneak into one or two accounts and it worked fine. I will be posting a detailed video on this soon.

There are some other methods to hack Facebook account password too. Some of this include the using of Javascript which when run from victims browser will send his password to you.  You can also know your friends password saved in his browser by either manually or by using certain password recovery tools like ChromePass , PasswordFox and MessenPass . You can run them from your Pendrive or DVD when you visit your friends home.

Out of these 5 methods my favorite is by using Keylogger, as it is safer and more easily executable. It requires less social engineering skills and you are more invisible. Only problem that you can face using some keyloggers is that there is a possibility that your friends antivirus may mistake it as virus , so before running its always better to turn off the antivirus.
